How Ticket Verification Works
Whenever you fill out a request form on our website or get diagnostic support, our system generates a unique Reference Code (e.g. `TKT-20260517-A1B2`).

Look for the Reference Code printed on the request success screen or in your WhatsApp notification.
02. Quick Search
Type the code into the search block above and click the verification button.
03. Action Log
Get full status details, scheduled visit dates, remote support details, and specialist allocation details.
